Stress affects everyone in some way or another. There can be stressors common to many however you make them specific to you and your situation.

I know, first hand, that when you acquire specific solutions then you can come bouncing back.

Life has its demands and stresses. Driving to work you might be stuck in a traffic jam, you get into a disagreement or argument, you receive an unexpected bill in the mail, the kids have made a mess and you have to clean it up, or you are criticised.

These things may not seem like ‘threats’ on a conscious level, however, your nervous system does not know the difference between a physical threat to your body and a mental or emotional threat to your ego.

If you stop for a moment and think about something you have been stressed about, the chances are that there is no real physical danger involved. So many people are actually responding to the power of Negative Thinking!

This is why I have designed this workshop for you!
